February 28 Public Sleeping Day

February 28 is Public Sleeping Day celebrating every year. Nap is in human nature. Sometime people nap by nature or by condition. We often see people take small sleep at office, station, park, etc. it’s not bad thing but sometime at special meeting or work take a nap is not good.
