March 7 Cereal Day
People celebrate Cereal Day On March 7th every year. Form 1860s Cereal is the most popular breakfast food in America, before it most people ate eggs, bacon, and sausage every morning. Nowadays some people start their day with a bowl of cereal.
In 1877, two brothers named John Harvey Kellogg and Will Keith Kellogg created the first dry breakfast cereal, which we now know as Kellogg’s Corn Flakes. Cereal is an excellent source of fiber, iron, and B vitamins. Cereal is also used in many cake, cookie and bar recipes.
