The Quaker Man is one of the oldest advertising mascots in America. He was registered by the Quaker Oats company as the first trademark for a breakfast cereal in 1877.
In other country like United Kingdom (especially Scotland), Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden like to eat octmeal. It is usually made from rolled or steel-cut oats, and water or milk. Nuts, raisins, nutmeg, and cinnamon are sometimes added. Oatmeal porridge can be served with butter, cream, maple syrup, or jam.
