Each year on July 21st we observe Junk Food Day. “Junk food may be dangerous to your health.” This day is dedicated to the foods that everyone loves to snack on. Junk food by definition is usually high in fats, sugars, salt and calories and contains very little nutritional value.
General public love junk food because they find it delicious. But it is unhealthy, and people who are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle generally try to avoid it. However, every now and then most of us have junk food cravings.
Grab a bag of buttery popcorn at the movies, order some fries at the drive-through, or make an ice cream sundae for dessert. Whatever you do, enjoy National Junk Food Day with at least one of your guilty pleasures
