Today day is October 8 Fluffernutter Day, A sweet marshmallow-like spread called Marshmallow Creme was invented in 1917 by Archibald Query in Somerville, Massachusetts. The term “fluffernutter” is also used to describe other foods featuring marshmallow creme and peanut butter such as cupcakes, cookies, bars, candy, and even French toast.

Query sold his recipe for Marshmallow Creme to Durkee-Mower, Inc. in 1920, who renamed it Marshmallow Fluff. Over 100 years later they continue to sell it under that name today.
In 1913 during World War I, Emma and Amory Curtis of Melrose, Massachusetts invented Snowflake Marshmallow Creme and published a recipe for a peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwich, which is the earliest known example of a Fluffernutter.

Those men and women delivering outstanding services and running a well-maintained operation building, they contribute to important first impressions and the success of any business.

Custodial workers operate behind the scenes and are often under-appreciated for the hard work they do day after day keeping schools, hospitals, office buildings, museums, churches, temple and other buildings clean and well maintained.
These people deserve a special day we thank you on behalf of all people. Give your custodial worker a big thanks. At your school, place of employment, and a variety of other places, your custodial support are silently at work all year long. They are the workers who clean and keep in good repair, the facility that you enjoy.
