Make Healthy Chili Cheese Dogs
Ingredients
Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Hot Dogs
Can of Hormel Turkey Chili
Sara Lee Wheat Hot Dog Buns

Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped Onion (if desired)
Directions
Cook hot dogs on the grill or boil in water. Set aside. Heat chili in a pan on the stove or in the microwave in a safe dish. Take a bun and add hotdog, 1/8 cup chili, 1 Tbsp. cheese and onion.
These are delicious! One loaded chili dog contains approx. 250 calories, 6 grams of fat, 30 carbs and 18 grams of protein. Because they are high in sodium, I wouldn't consider this healthy eating, but not a bad choice if you're craving a chili dog, considering the original version contains 3 times the calories, fat and salt. Enjoy!

July 27 Scotch Day

July 27 Scotch Day

Scotch Day is celebrated annually on July 27. Scotch whisky, often simply called Scotch, is malt whisky or grain whisky made in Scotland. Scotch whisky has been produced since the late 15th century. All Scotch was originally made from malted barley. Modern Scotch is made from malt and grain which can be combined in different ways to create blends.
Scotch whisky is divided into five distinct categories: single malt Scotch whisky, single grain Scotch whisky, blended malt Scotch whisky (formerly called “vatted malt” or “pure malt”), blended grain Scotch whisky, and blended Scotch whisky.

All Scotch whisky must be aged in oak barrels for at least three years. Any age statement on a bottle of Scotch whisky, expressed in numerical form, must reflect the age of the youngest whisky used to produce that product. A whisky with an age statement is known as guaranteed-age whisky.
